Terms and Conditions : Package Agreement
These Terms and Conditions (the "Package Agreement") apply to all social media management packages offered by Cashin Content Management LLC (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") including but not limited to "Essential," "Signature," and "Ultimate" packages (collectively referred to as "the Services").
- Service Description:
The following Terms and Conditions apply to all packages available and outline the mutual understanding between Cashin Content Management LLC and the client regarding the provision of social media management services.
2. General Legal Limitations:
Clients agree to use the social media management services provided by Cashin Content Management LLC in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. The Company reserves the right to terminate services in cases of illegal or unethical activities.
3. Client Logins and Confidentiality:
Clients are required to provide social media logins for the effective execution of services. Cashin Content Management LLC assures clients that this information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with any external parties.
4. Payment Structure and Refunds:
Payment details, including frequency and accepted methods, are outlined in the specific package details. Cashin Content Management LLC does not provide refunds once services have commenced.
5. Communication and Response Time:
Clients must establish and adhere to an agreed-upon means of communication with Cashin Content Management LLC. Clients are required to respond within 24 hours to facilitate effective collaboration and timely execution of services.
6. Terms and Conditions Modifications:
Cashin Content Management LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any changes, and continued use of the services implies acceptance of the modified terms.
7. Service Duration and Renewal:
The social media management services are structured for a duration of four weeks per package. For first-time clients, there is an initial onboarding process lasting one week before the four weeks of social media posting begin.
For ongoing clients, subsequent packages will not require a seven-day onboarding process. Instead, the four weeks of social media management will start promptly and extend for the agreed-upon duration.
The service period begins from the date of signing this Package Agreement and extends for the specific four-week duration. At the end of each four-week period, the contract will be up for renewal unless terminated by either party. Termination must be communicated in writing at least seven days before the end of the service period.
8. Onboarding Process and Lead Time for First Post:
Cashin Content Management LLC requires a lead time of seven days prior to the first post being made. For new clients, it is imperative that the onboarding process, which includes providing pictures and/or videos, product information, completing the onboarding questionnaire, and any required documentation, is completed within the first seven days of engagement.
The initial onboarding period will be followed by four weeks of regular posting and content management, during which Cashin Content Management LLC will execute the agreed-upon social media strategy.
9. Liabilities and Disclaimers:
Cashin Content Management LLC, being an LLC, assumes appropriate legal responsibilities for the provision of services. No additional disclaimers are provided.
10. Intellectual Property:
Any content created or provided by Cashin Content Management LLC as part of the social media management services, including but not limited to social media posts or advertisements, solely belongs to Cashin Content Management LLC.
In the case where the client is selling a specific product and the content is directly related to that product, the client acknowledges that the intellectual property rights to that content remain with Cashin Content Management LLC. The client retains the intellectual property rights to the specific product being sold.
The client grants Cashin Content Management LLC the necessary permissions to use, modify, and distribute the content solely for the purpose of providing the services outlined in this Package Agreement.
11. Data Handling and Privacy:
Cashin Content Management LLC handles client data with the utmost care and privacy. Client information will not be disclosed to third parties without explicit consent.
By purchasing and utilizing Cashin Content Management LLC's social media management services, the client acknowledges and agrees to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Package Agreement.
